deadlifting with the smith

    i guess i could do DB, is that any better? I guess i could use the squat rack?

    I thought there couldn't be a gayer way to deadlift than with a trap bar but apparently I have been proven wrong.

    My gym doesnt have a set spot for it either. So i just move a bench out of the way and do it near the dumbell rack. Sure , it pissess some people off, but fuck'em.

    i know.. i usually stay around the DB area since most of my excersices i do with dumbells

    your gym doesn't have a floor :confused: what do they put the benches and machines on?

    there was a guy doing deadlifts with the shrug machine at our gym :hsugh:

    he held it like he was about to go shrug it then he went down in deadlift motion and went back up, it was very confusing

    we have a Hammer Strength Deadlift machine, most people use it for shrugs though

    Just do it in front of the squat rack or else just take a bar from once of the benches and find an open spot.
