After doing GMs today, I did some speed DLs with 315 and I noticed that after the first two sets it seemed harder for me to get it off the floor after that it was just leaning back and locking it out. What can I do to get rid of it?

You're asking how to fix fatigue?

Just sounds like fatigue to me? Also you shouldn't be leaning back to lockout a deadlift.

Speed work should always come first in your workout too.

I dunno I've never had problems getting it off the floor but I'd suggest you make your quads stronger, keep doing speed pulls, and pull from a deficit.

    That might help

gotta work THROUGH your sticking point..only way to work through the ground it by going below it..i.e. from a deficit.
