This is a dumb question..
but are dl's supposed to make your lower back sore?
They should make your entire body sore, but if you back is in pain you are doing something wrong. If its a dull "damn I lifted heavy ache" then you are fine, but if it hurts to move then id take it easy for a few days.
no, mostly bicepts and abs
if you walk out the gym like a retard because of your lower back being sore, then you're doing it right
STFU, this is a legitimate question in a legit thread...
if the dude turns out to be a tool and a noob-idiot let the flaming commence (I'll be jumping in like nobodys business)
lower back pumps FTW, if we didnt have an elevator I'd be fucked on lower days
today was horrible, maxing on deadlift, leg presses, and hypers
i had to stop and sit on two of the benches in the entrance hall
been there and done that
It's not a dumb question at all. It depends on how wide your stance is. If you stand with your feet really far apart, you'll feel it more in your hamstrings and glutes. If you stand with your feet at approx shoulder width apart, you'll feel it more in your lower back.
Thought so guys..
