    :werd: if correct form is used...

    At my gym(Which is a lousy Golds but whatever) you see maybe 1 or 2 people out of 20 doing deadlifts ever. I am the only person who I have ever seen deadlift more than 315 in there. Not saying that they dont, just saying I have never seen it.

    at least get to 275, that way you can get the bigger plates on there and look like more of a bad ass :cool:

    I would just go for 315, so you have the 3 plates on each side :cool:
