Am I a little bitch for only doing this much?
I say yes just because more weight looks cooler
if correct form is used...
At my gym(Which is a lousy Golds but whatever) you see maybe 1 or 2 people out of 20 doing deadlifts ever. I am the only person who I have ever seen deadlift more than 315 in there. Not saying that they dont, just saying I have never seen it.
I would go up in weight, at least 5lbs..
Next saturday I will.
that was just what i got finished doing today
at least get to 275, that way you can get the bigger plates on there and look like more of a bad ass
instead of throwing the little 2.5lb plates to get to 270
I would just go for 315, so you have the 3 plates on each side
i will get there, its a work in progress
just a quick question, hex is not as hard as straight bar right?
