Im pretty new to deadlifting, but today i was trying it and only after a few reps i felt a sharp quick pain in my left hamstring. It wasnt in a burning or in any good way. Anyone else have this....if so how did you fix it?

are you sure you're using good form?

could just be a hip flexibility issue... i had all kinds of hip issues when i started

focus on keeping your lower back straight and your butt low to start... i was having a real hard time starting out with my hips low

sounds like you didn't stretch out properly along with favored form and maybe too much weight as well?
