515lb for 1 conventional with a belt. last month i had lowerback problems, took a week off, pulled off pins for 2 weeks, then on the 4th week hit a PR. oh yeah, my pr was 475lb conventional before the 1 week vac.

:coold: nice; breaking that 500 lb. barrier feels great.

    very nice

    questions:
do you feel like pin pulls helped a lot, or do you think it was the time off? My lower back has been feeling funky during DL's the last few weeks, but not painful.... I want to take some time off but don't want to sacrifice progress and honestly it's my favorite exercise to do... I'd hate to miss out on it.

What height were the pins (knee, mid-shin?) and do you feel like it specifically allowed your lower back to recover?

at knee height. both the time off and pulling off pins helped.
try pulling off pins instead of the ground every other week.
