    my previous PR was 425lb. a picture of a picture so its crappy quality

    does sitting in a hot tub and swimming after workouts help your muscles recover quicker?

    There was actually a study done recently that a sauna may help with training adaptations :o

    It was for runners, but still.

    good job, impressive, its always weird to see you short guys doing a lot of weight.

    i got funny looks in the gym when i hit my new 1rm of 335 and i'm 6'2" @ 190 pounds. but then again at my gym nobody else does deadlifts.
