187lb, 5'7. been deadlifting for a good 4 months. havent maxed out for 3 weeks and i started christophers routine last week, but last night, i just felt like squatting/deadlifting and forget the bench. i aimed for 405lb x1, but i did 3 reps of that and felt i could do more (thanks to someone who got me motivated at the gym). so now, im at 425lb im hoping to see my numbers increase while on this routine. and my question: since i skipped out on bench and db incline presses, should i just replace friday's incline bench with flat bench (5x5) instead?
