Deadlift form?

    I don't know how much of your legs you are supposed to use in a deadlift. If you use too much people say you are squating the weight. if you don't use that much, it seems almost like an SLDL. I know the top DLers have a deadlift that is almost very similar to an SLDL, but for the average person, there has to be a difference as to why there is such a huge variance between SLDL and regular DL. It has to be leg drive, right?

    you're still greatly using the legs, just less quads, moar hamstring

    It doesn't matter. However helps you get the weight up is the correct form for you. Just don't hitch or shit like that.

    so everyone that does deads has a slightly difference form then eh?

    therefore, i can tell the gym employee to fuck off me since he said my lower back wasnt arched enough? (if i arch my lower back any more = pain)
