i need help w/ my deadlift form, i dont really have anyone experienced at the moment to help me out with it... are there any videos online so that i can help correct my own form? also, i have noticed that at times the bar will rub across my shins, am i leaning to far forwards? im having trouble because its like i can either bend more at the knees and it feels like its working mmy quads or more at the hips and feels like its my lower back, does anyone get what im trying to say?

pull as if you were falling backwards, keep your shoulders behind the bar

And your lower back/glutes/quads/body period will be sore after DLs especially if you're new to them.
