    I hate dl'ing for reps

    I like the 405 for reps with squat though....i think I could get close to 20 there

    This is his next post. So what is the official challenge, 315 or 405? I could probably do 315.

    From what I read its going to be 405. 315 would be way to easy. Even I could do that. Double over hand prolly too.

    I've done 315 like 15 times before... and I'm nowhere from what they would call "strong".. I'm sure they would run out of t-shirts in a sec if they did 315x20 instead of 405x20...

    YEp, on the internet I can do like 620lbs about 80 reps

    In real life more like 225lbs 10 reps

    But if I got bitch made and took some test, deca, and maybe some other goodies I could prob do 405X20 :naughty:

    This makes me want to see how many I can get at 315...probably only 10. I can do 405 for one :hs:

    I got 405 for 10 after a full deadlift routine. I could have gone more easily


    I should give this a try, for personal reasons
