Deadlift 405x1 *VID*

    this was my second second of doing 405x1 today. i should have recorded the first set, probably better form.
    weight: 185-190

    no straps, no belt. chalk only. double overhand
    my form is obviously not as good as 365-385 weight
    i think i could have done 2 reps though, not sure why i didnt
    im just happy i broke 400

    Why the double overhand? I can't pull nearly as much that way.

    i only wear them so i have a pocket for my ipod :o

    much more comfortable. the times ive tried mixed grip in the past i end up straining my hamstring, im not sure if there is a correlation, but i hate mixed grip

    Plus Im not eacatly sure if its true, but I heard its bad for spine alignment.
