looked like light weight, bro.. nice pull :)

I find that if I set quicker, I can pull more.. not that you took a long time or anything, just putting it out there.. I see a lot of people get to the bar, then get down and wait a few seconds before they're pulling -- when I am doing a max lift I back off - get psyched, walk up and get down and pull. akin to the big benni pulls..

looks good. my only comment is your gym plays shitty music :hsd:

fwiw, i thought there was a huge difference between 405 and 385. that 400lb psychological barrier fucked with me for weeks.

hey deez, my form is pretty identical to jokkas granted it is less weight but towards the end of my reps I seem to feel it almost 100% in my lower back (keep in mind still keeping my form). Is this going to lead to a lower back injury or is this normal?

Cant say for sure if you are going to get injured. I know guys who pull 700+ and look like they damn near straight leg it. But, from someone with a lower back injury, if you are worried, try to go wider stance and use more legs. But what the hell do I know. I've only ever pulled 405 once and would probably be in unbearable pain if I tried to pull more than 225 right now :(

I mean I still go all out Im just trying to determine if I am feeling pain or just soreness. chris is saying thats good form and my form is pretty identical to his so I guess i have nothing to worry about
