    current max lifts

    front squat: 335
    bench: 315
    deadlift: 475

    weight: ~203

    today:
    hang clean to push press: 225x1, 230x1

    dips: BW + 135 for 4 reps (PR)

    i eat clean 99% of my meals

    probably take in 3k/day

    casein/egg white/milk protein shake before bed

    ive been eating very consistently throughout the day. i think thats helped me a lot with strength

    ON 100% casein. chocolate flavored. tastes good mixed with milk. i take a scoop before bed

    the cheapest route is to just get some MPI from allthewhey or trueprotein

    also are you strict 7 days a week or do you have an "off" day from your regular diet.

    diet usually goes like this. 7 days a week.
    i dont measure anything out. its all done offhand
    meal 1: shake: milk, ~8 strawberries, 2 scoops whey
    meal 2: 4 eggs, 2 slices miltons whole wheat, milk, try to get in some veggies
    meal 3: .5 lb cottage cheese, walnuts
    meal 4: tuna on wheat, mixed veggies
    meal 5: .5lb cottage cheese, walnuts or a different carb source
    meal 6: somtimes chicken breast with sweet potato or ill make pasta with chicken, really depends on what i feel like eating for dinner.
    meal 7: 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 scoop casein

    50 grams of protein after workout with carbs

    you eat alot of cottage cheese.
    and i dont see any tuna.

    might have to switch my diet up. I'm getting sick of tuna everyday :barf:
