How low do you usually go on these?

and do you squeeze in to make the dumbbells touch at the top of the rep or just go straight up?

I do full ROM, bring the DB to the top of my chest and come close to touching (arms fully extended.... I don't rotate the scapulae to bring them in to touch, that would fuck up my form personally and I doubt it's hitting the delts anyhow).

I think touching at the top is just to make sure you have full extension .... I could be wrong though.

I touchthe shoulder with these, I usually do not touch them at the top, I just press them straight up.

The dumbells touch my shoulder when going down, and going back up I bring them straight up instead of making them touch.

Touch the shoulders at the bottom and touch them together slightly at the top.
