Basically wondering which way you guys hold your DB while doing bent over rows.

    1. ends of DB facing front/back, DB verticle to body
    2. ends of DB facing side/side, DB is horizontal

Ive seen both, and wondering if there is a difference? :o

I do one set of each. I find that holding the dumbell perpendicular rather than parallel is much harder
