row form isnt bad.. but look at your hips and how much work they're doing.. thats where most of your effort is going.. if it makes your back bigger roll with it, i do rows sometimes that way

Nice, wish I had db's that went that high!! Makes doing rows a lot easier that is for sure. Though you seems to be putting a lot of push & bounce into your legs. Try to isolate the row more.

But nice strong lifts, looks like you had a lot more in ya.

Good job. Isent that more of a powersnatch? Not really sure, just asking.

The rows looked good too but like everyone said, try to keep the arm that's forward locked out, use less back roll and transfer less work into your hips.

all depends though on what youre doing. ive seen some huge huge backs that row with "poor" form by strict definition. i think a mix of both ways is best.

kinda like a power snatch. i think a true power snatch has no or very little knee bend after the catch

    :werd:

the owner of my PL gym has a back as wide as a barn door and is a master of "cheat rows"

I like to do a mix of both and I'd say my back is probably my best body part from a BB perspective.
