Alright, so I haven't seen this question asked anywhere except one place so far when I searched google.

I started my new pack of pills on Sunday, which was also DST. I took my last pack at 1:30pm everyday, and started this one at 1:30pm as well, not even thinking of DST. Now I'm wondering if it makes a difference or not because of the time change (thats me being 'paranoid' lol).

    Thanks in advance. :)

I figure as long as it's close to the appropriate time. I've taken mine an hour late before. plus you're pretty much good on one pill if you completely skip it.

usually if I have somehow gotten off track, i'll split the difference until I'm back on schedule (i.e. if I've taken it 3 hours late, i'll take it two hours late the next day, then one hour, then on time). This is completely non-scientific and just based on the idea that I'm trying not to double up too much, while working back to the initial time.

Shit, I don't even take mine at an exact time every day and I've always been fine.

i had a doc once tell me that you don't really need to, but they recommend it anyway. i think just because it's just one more thing that will help it work, and one more way to make sure you don't forget.

I think I've read that you've got an hour or 2 window on the taking it at the "same time every day" so it really shouldn't matter.

If you are starting a new pack your starting with a clean slate...and can adjust the time you take it.
