A&P Day at teh zoo with my new D70

    So i ended up messing up all of my pictures because i didnt realize that i set this camera to ISO 1600.... They were a little grainy at that ISO but arent most cameras?

    Anyhow, minimal PS work on these, curves and saturation were about all other than a minor crop here and there..

    Obviously the ISO is an issue, they seem a tad under-saturated... as well a bit too frontal compositionally. The 2nd pic down of the baboon was nice but the other baboon is cut off and it kind of ruins it.

    under-saturated? :ugh:

    IMO it would look cartoony if it had any more colour. the samples above are what i describe as vibrant.. neutral photos generally have less colour than that. i agree about the second baboon though, would be a better photo if you went just wide enough to get them both in.
