    Current weight 204 11%

    Looks like i gained some muscle too.... I was calipered 6 folds by the same person.... 6% here i come. Pics when i hit 6%

    monday - legs
    tuesday - back
    wenesday - shoulders
    thursday - arms
    friday chest

    mon-sat 30 minutes running at 5.7mph


    Diet

    7am protien shake

    9am 1 chicken breast

    11am 2 carb protien bar

    1:30pm steak in a salad balsamic

    4:30 chicken breast

    lift, cardio

    8 protien shake and 1/4 pound turkey

    Wow, I guess it's all good if it works.

    I was cutting at about 1800 calories, seemed like the weight loss slowed down, so I upped the calories to about 2300-2400 and the weight loss continued.

    Are you doing any type of refeeds? Weekly carb ups?

    I started at 223, ~17%, currently at ~11-12% at 206.5.

    no carb ups, i have 1 cheat meal a week, usually out to eat, and its usually not even that bad, like steak or something marinated, with lobster and butter sauce.

    how are your workouts? still intense? endurance? just curious if u run out of steem earlier and do u take a pre-workout shake/meal?

    no preworkout, and my workouts are still great, just put in the mp3 player throw on the tank top and rip out the reps

    yep, and if you do, you still hit the weights just as hard, cause the mirror shows the change not the weights your pushing

    you need to carb up at least once a week. come day ~42 you'll be dying.

    I go zero carb 2 days then one hi and repeat. I end up doing 5 zero days and 2 hi weekly right now. Started it 10 days ago and lost 14 pounds :rofl: Holy water drain.

    not for a couple months, i'm going to take it slower, don't want to loose too much muscle.....

    holy fuck. I couldn't imagine being that lean. I was 13% in HS and i took weekly trips to the HS counselor to talk about "my eating disorder" :ugh: I fucking hated being that skinny :o
