    Continuing my cutting diet, I went and murdered a small chinese buffet earlier today after my workout. It was delicious. Cutting is fun.

    Today's Total Meal Intake:
    --------------------------
    Breakfast:
    2) 7-grain Wheat Bread
    + Peanutbutter (Low-Fat)

    Lunch:
    6inch Sweet onion Teryiaki from Subway
    w/ Lettuce, Tomatos, Peppers, on wheat

    Dinner:
    2) 7-grain Wheat Bread
    + Peanutbutter (Low-Fat)

    Late night: 4 RedBulls

    I ran 2-3.5 Miles today. Pretty much 30 minutes straight. Tommorow i'm going to lift. Critique?

    Uh, you're "cutting" yet drinking 4 redbulls and two of your meals including dinner consisted of a peanut butter sandwich.

    You're not cutting, you're eating like shit and starving yourself.

    145, I'm 5"11.

    Im going to cut until I have 6 pack again so probably 5-7 pounds then bulk up to 160 and try to maintain the 6 pack. Ideally I want to be 180-200, but it seems wierd to gain muscle without being able to see it.



    EDIT: Redbulls are just for tonight because I have to study for finals, but cut out those and thats my I was going to have my normal diet consist of for the next 3-4 weeks.

    If you're 145lbs I don't think you have anything to see once you cut. You can't flex bone. Any pics for reference?

    I'm gonna agree that you should probably just start bulking and then cut once you reach your target weight.

    I'll try to get pics sometime. I think I should only cut for 2 weeks and see how this works out, then start bulking I guess.

    My abs are like hard and nice but you can't see them :wtc:, I'm cutting for a 6pack then bulking.

    It's my first day, I went under and only did 700 calories, I should be eating 1600-1700. How the hell can I eat 145g of protein in one day hmm, I have that protein shake stuff, but thats alot of shakes.

    I just ate 2 eggs and a banana. It looks like im doing just fine on the numbers, whats the big deal :dunno:. I guess I need to cut down on fat a little bit and increase carbs.

    You need a lot more protein, a lot less fat, the only thing even close to right was carbs

    :ugh: Dude I thought you read the stickies, everything is in there. Some good sources of protein are Chicken breast, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese and fill in the rest of your protein needs with some protein shakes. Now go reread the fat lost sticky.

    700 calories? Are you on the Auschwitz diet or what? 5'11" 145 lbs? I'm 5 inches taller than you and almost 80 lbs heavier, and I would consider myself "skinny" with a light frame. Forget your 6 pack and fucking eat. Even if you were cutting, you should be eating more than 700 calories. You should bulk up to at least 180 before you even consider bulking. :ugh:
