Ordered sights yesterday got them today
pics of sight on gun. Did you get fiber optic, black on black or night sights.
Front Fiber, Back Black, Adjustable Rear
Dropped it off at my gun smith tonight to install sights. Screw trying to remove XD stock sights did that once and never before
One of my USPSA buddies keeps trying to get me to go FO front. Right now I have black/black. It has been a while since I shot someone elses FO's, but at the time I didn't really feel that it helped... they are cheap enough I should just order one and give it a go.
I prefer the black on black myself.
When I started uspsa/ipsc I had to remind myself to use the sights. So the fiber optics helped as they screamed "Use your sights dummy". After I got better I learned that for the targets I needed to see the sights the back on black was faster and more accurate. With the black on black you line up the top edges and call your shot. With the fiber otpic you see the fiber optics, then you line up the top edges, then you break the shot. It ended up being slower for me.
