hmm, I don't pretend to be an expert at weightlifting, especially with respect to this type of routine, but I am not seeing squats on MES days.
Interesting program... I wonder how good this program would be for someone who isn't so much a noob..

I wonder what the goal of this program is.. is it for size? strength? targeted for PLers?

there isn't much in the way of chest, biceps, or quads though
I see box squats, one-legged squats, board presses, bench presses..
y aren't there full deadlifts in the routine?
why are they necessary?
