    :werd: I'm on the second 20 minute segment. I guess it's an hour long. He reminds me of Wendler so much. Even does the throat clear thing.

    He talks about how he started applying westside principles to the executives he used to train before he started elitefts. Took suits from being able to barely bench to bar to 300 and squatting over 400 in less than a year.
