Seriously, I searched. The thread I found was nothing but flaming :hs:

But I need a simple digital camera (nothing SLR) that still uses the 85' age-old Date/Time Stamp.

We need to purchase 3 of these for students to use that have the date/time on it. Yes I know it's in the EXIF. That's how I timestamp my photos when needed. But these are for high school kids who are just going to point, click, & print, and i'd rather have it on the camera.

    So, any ideas?

I've been working on this for weeks, contacting manufacturers, resellers, etc only to come up empty handed or reffered to an older product (out of production).

    PLEASE HELP :wtc:

seriously though? I think HP digital cameras used to do it back in the day, not sure if it's still an option. You might want to check some of the lesser known/thought of digital camera manufacturers

sony puts the date as follows:

    Nov 22 2005

but you have to go into the menu and specify it that way.
