    since we have bench and dead numbers from FN, might as well finish it off with squats

    Probably because only 2 people hear have ever gone deep, they've both been on stage son, they train with silverback gorillas, Jay Cutler, and Rick Ross.

    315 @ 195 with good depth

    Unfortunately I can only do 225 A2G for 8 though.

    (bunch of excuses) Do not squat, tore my ACL playing football and it never healed right. So i cut out most exercises that require knee support.

    I tore an ACL (and popped the knee out of the joint at the same time but that's another story) I guess about 2.5 years ago now and I just started doing real squats about four months ago. Before the injury I was pretty ignorant about lifting so I never trained legs (yeah yeah, everybody has been there). Now I find that if I maintain proper form my knee pain is minimal to nonexistent.

    Olympic style ATG, my best is something like 275 or thereabouts for 2-3 at about 175lbs.
    To parallel its about a plate aside more.

    500x3 @ 280lbs, videos in the log. I have no idea what my 1RM is and don't really care to find out at the moment.

    It does suck. Found out that placing the bar on the lower part of my traps put less stress on my knees.
