    Select Case optGroup
    Case 1 'Reports
    qry$ = qry$ & " INTO tmp_report IN 'C:\ACCESS\Database.MDB'"
    tblName$ = "tmp_report"

Sorry It has just been frustrating me I'm probably not making any sense. I'll try to explain it one more time if I don't make sense I'll just play with it until I get it. I'm doing work on a database, which used to be linked to another database to do searches. Because it was based on a main server so other servers could get the info off of it. We now have a very large server so I was asked to just make it one database. Well the code in the one form has it search the linked database at C:\Access\Databse.mdb in a table called tmp_report. I now just want it to search the current database's table tmp_report and not the table on the c drive. How would I remove that code to make it just search the tmp_report table in the database I am working in.

    Any Ideas?

I just want to have the query use the current database tmp_report table rather then the linked one.
