I currently use some MS Access databases but it looks like they don't make Access for Mac. What's good on the Mac side that can at least read Access databases?

I was hoping for something that wasn't close to $300 for the full version. :(

mysql should be free. Does't "read" access dbs, but you could import one into MySQL.

You can also use any of the open source flavors...MySQL, etc

Another vote for Mysql. OSX has some very nice graphical frontends for MySql too.
