Nivea makes a new eye cream that is supposed to be pretty effective.

Tip I learned from a friend who works nights with me. Place anything cold under your eyes for a few minutes, like frozen spoons. The cold helps capillary inflammation causing the dark circles. You'll notice a change after a few days.

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Keep up on your water intake, it will even out your facial skin tone.

I've had them since I was in middle school, but they seem to have gotten better with age :dunno: Really weird. I've asked my doctors (primary care, and specialists) about creams and shit, and the bottom line is that they may help A LITTLE BIT, but nothing drastic. I would recommend an AHA eye cream http://www.amazon.com/DCL-AHA-Revitalizing-Eye-Cream/dp/B000IOLAE8 —I've been using it, and it seems to have been helping.

But like others have mentioned, it has to do with heredity, water intake, sleep and probably MOST IMPORTANT of all is your DIET. Start eating healthier :wavey:

I have this problem too, its genetic in a lot of cases. My mom and brother have it as well.

Haven't really looked into any remedies though, but it sounds like a good idea.
