How many of you snack on it and how much a day?

I bought a bar of 72% because that was the highest i could find, i don't know the difference anyway. Keep it in the fridge and break off a precut square after breakfast...

I used to use it daily. Ran out and never got more.

I used it mostly for the antioxidants and because it tastes damn good.

go with 85% lindt makes it and you can find in trader joes velhrona brand which has the highest cocoa butter contant i can find (100% choc is more of cocoa mass solids, not the butter which you love)... it has the least amount of sugar while remaining edible. i do about 40g a day as a preworkout item.

also harry and davids has a sugar free 70% bar but they closed down their store here :(

i love choc so much i make my own.. i purchased pure cocoa butter, melt it down SLOWLY, and add a sugar free choc syrup like waldens, and let it harden again.

I eat a handful of this stuff I buy from walmart.

Has dark chocolate, almonds, cranberries and raisins. I just use it for a snack, I don't time it specifically.

    i've been eating 20-30g a dya

Lindt 90% is always 2 for 5 at my local pharmacy.

    soooo good.

I also recently tried a 90% from Québec chocolate producer... made Lindt taste like gasoline.. They have a Sea Salt one that's simply phenominal

the lower the % the more cocoa it is and the 'darker' the chocolate will be, and therefore more bitter. the darker the better for you, but imo after 70ish% it doesn't taste good so whats the point?

I eat a square or two every day, usually one first thing in the morning and on right before my workout :dunno: why i do it.... guess its because it gets me up and moving haha

i think you mean higher :p

i appreciate a certain bitterness and have no problem eating 90% with a glass of water (although, i'm a huge fan of bitter beers too).

also can throw a packet of splenda on top of the bar....

with the rock salt thing, lindt's choc has to much sugar so i just took an 85% bar and put rock salt ontop... real nice.

    yeah, i don't buy lindt's sea salt (it's only 45% dark).

i've been doing that too (packaged sea salt on top)...it's simply spectacular. it changes the bitterness without adding sweetener

read the benfits and be less surprised....

the problem is finding good quality choc.

and prices donest mean shit... ghiraldi is expensive and has high contents but they add milk fat to the bar... wtf.

    personally I like..

    90%+ for "supp"
85% and less for taste (could always add more sugar too)
