    starting stats:
    185lbs
    6'1.5"
    approx 15% body fat

    goals:
    170lbs
    9% body fat

    current max:

    bench - 190lbs
    squat - 310lbs
    deadlift - 300lbs approx.

    diet:

    after bulking semi-clean for 9 weeks at approx 3500cal/day
    transitioning to clean cutting diet at approx 1900cal/day
    will keep protien consumption at about 200g/day

    meals:
    breakfast @ 9am (shake, cereal or oats)
    lunch @ 12pm (tuna/turkey sandwich, wheat bread, maybe sunchips)
    pre w/o @ 3pm (290cal mrp, 50g protien)
    post w/o @ 5pm (shake, sandwich)
    dinner @ 9pm (chicken breast, small amount of pasta)
    before bed @ 11pm (cottage cheese, small amount of carbs)

    supps:
    creatine (5g/day)
    on whey (100-120g/day)
    ephedrine (25mg 3x day)
    caffeine (200mg 3x day)
    yohimbine (15mg 1x day - will start in 6 weeks or so)

    training:

    heavy weight training (tues, thurs, sat)
    20min fast paced cardio (mon, wed, maybe friday)

    any suggestions or comments welcome

    Update: 4/11/05

    About 2 weeks into cutting and results are starting to show. I took a week off before I started the above, and for the first half of that week I had the stomach flu. Getting down about 4 solid meals in 2 days and getting dehydrated as hell brought my weight down to about 180 or so by the time I started the new routine. :(
    I'm basicly hoping my weight will lower very slowly over the rest of the month while I gain water weight back.

    Anyway, I'm now at approx 178.5 lbs, with what must be slightly lower bodyfat, as I'm seeing some ab definition (nowhere near by goal, but something) and chest definition.

    The EC is working very well, although I'm pretty sure I'm now addicted to caffiene. I had some issues with the side effects for the first few days but now its fine and I appreciate the extra energy. The diet is good, keeping around 2000cals, except the excessive drinking on the weekends. :hs:

    Overall, I think that if I keep this up I should have no problem being 170lbs at around ~10% by June.

    Progress is awesome :)

    I'm at about 175lbs and approx 13% bf according to my shitty ebay calipers. Abs are starting to poke through.

    I ordered some more ephedrine and caffeine as im running low. Its hard to remember wake up 1.5 hours early and take the yohimbine then go back to sleep, so i still have a lot of that. I'm going to start tanning for my trip to key west the first week in june, I should be at my goal by then :)
