DAMNIT, I freaking HATE days when your weak...

    Ugh, had a HORRIBLE performance in the gym today. Its probably the worst day I have had in over a year. Just plain WEAK! Didn't have any stamina or strength. Hopefully its the 4hrs of sleep and the fact that finals has had me stressing like no other, but I still wasn't this weak during finals in the spring. So now I am going to be pissed off all day. I figured a vent would help some, but it doesn't seem to be doing so. Shoulders and back tomorrow and I am freaking going to rip it up :rant: :rant2: .

    yeah, it happens to me more often...probably about once a month. EVERYTHING, no matter how light feels so damn heavy... some of those days I just feel like saying "fuck it" and walk out. But in the end, I end up staying and lifting like a puss.

    i had one this week practically killed myself cuz i was so weak.

    i usually feel like i need to be up at least 4 hours before i can get a really good workout in.

    I'm weak everyday of the week, so you kinda get used to it after awhile
