Ugh, had a HORRIBLE performance in the gym today. Its probably the worst day I have had in over a year. Just plain WEAK! Didn't have any stamina or strength. Hopefully its the 4hrs of sleep and the fact that finals has had me stressing like no other, but I still wasn't this weak during finals in the spring. So now I am going to be pissed off all day. I figured a vent would help some, but it doesn't seem to be doing so. Shoulders and back tomorrow and I am freaking going to rip it up .
