Well, I had another doctors appointment today with a Sports Medicine/ Orthopedic Surgeon guy today. The MRI of my back found nothing wrong except for normal wear and tear for a guy my size in my sport, which is a good thing. Now I am going to get an MRI for my hip next week and it will probably show some torn cartilige in my left hip. That will mean surgery. Fuck, there goes a semester of eligibility. Anyway, I am not allowed to do: Squats, Deadlifts, Good Mornings, basically leg exercises until further notice, which blows because that was basically the meat of my lifting days. I will also be unable to row for the next couple weeks hoping that the hip problem will take care of itself (which I am pretty sure it won't, I think the doctors just say that to get your hopes up). I would like to still get into the gym so I don't lose all my progress and was wondering what you all would recomend. It'll pretty much be beach workouts for the next few weeks is what I'm expecting.
