Ran a PFT today, I cannot break 285 for the life of me. As my pullups have gone up, my run has gone down. So I've been training to level myself out. My best run ever was 18:18, but i only got 17 pull ups. Since then I've always done 20 pull ups, but never ran faster than a 20:45. I'm gonna train even harder for the next 2 weeks, try and whack off another 20 secs.

    Todays stats were, 20/100/20:54 btw....

and 74 inches/211lbs for the weigh in......slimmed wayyy down for weigh in (eating a Cals Jr Guac 6$ burger right now.....

go back to 18:18 run time and 17 pull-ups. When doing your pull-ups (not chin-ups right?) move your grip closer together and pump out the last few. Usually works for me. Try resting and pumping out one at a time. Nothing in the orders says your grip has to be at a certain distance. I'll push later if I'm wrong.

To get down to that kind of run time i would have to slim down to 180-185, which means i would have to give up lifting all together, and i'm definately not going to be able to do that. Upper body strenth is pretty essential. I'll make it there, its just taking a long time.....

Yeah, but that's better than 10K/hour, which = about 6 mph, for just over 3 miles. I wouldn't say that most people would be able to walk that fast for that far. That's a jog, not a walk.
