    Height: 5'11"

    Weight: 153 lbs

    Running - 3 Miles. Tonight was tough, had some food too soon before the run and started cramping when I got to the entrance of my neighborhood. Finished the run in about 27 minutes.

    Only a few more weeks until I get back up to school and in a real gym.

    Breakfast:
    -4 medium eggs, 2 pieces of toast, Iced Tea, & Water

    Lunch:
    -Cornbeef hash and rice, Tons of Water

    Snack:
    -Wendy's double-stack w/ cheese, Water, Banana Popsicle

    Dinner:
    -Asian barbeque pork, asian noodles, rice, water, pina colada
