damn parking lots!

    well sadly those guys at the parking lot i'm assuming messed up my moms car. either way theres this smeak, kinda like bumper smearing on the side of the car its about 7inches. its dark and i'm wondering how to remove it. if it counts as "tar" just tell me so i dont waste everyones time.

    Can you go into a little more detail, perhaps post a pic? I'm not completely sure if we're talking about the same thing here.

    give me a couple weeks, gotta find time for my friend to use his digital camera. then i'll post my moms car and various damage of my car also for inspection.

    Probably some swirl remover or a light compound would be enough to remove it. Try a swirl remover first, then move up to something more aggresive is needed. You will have to rewax after you remove the scuff mark. If it is black and rubber/plastic looking, it is probably from a bumper side molding and it should come off pretty easily.
