Damn...Kinda wanna go do legs today....got an unexpected snow day now im bored.

    I shouldnt though, need a day off and my lower back is pummeled from deadlifting so squats would be difficult, maybe ill go do some assisted/alternative leg work, curls, extensions, ab work and some cardio :dunno:

    if your lower back hurts and you're gonna do cardio -- do something standing; walk, dont run.

    recumbent bike is great cardio when you have a sore lower back
