I started loading four days ago, first time I've taken creatine in about a year.

I put on six pounds in four days

Looking big b/c of water FTW :mamoru:

Use CEE and avoid the loading and bloat.

I don't think that I respond well to monohydrate

My results were less than magical with CEE. I stick with monohydrate and it doesn't give me any bloat.

it really depends. what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another.

I'd say do a cycle of CM and a cycle of CEE, see what works better for YOU, and not tom dick or harry from the internet

:werd: That's what I'll do. I'm going to use this shit up (flavorless/unmixable Vitamin Shoppe stuff) and then try the new hotness.

Where's the proof that loading is a marketing ploy?

    - Loading = marketing
    - Mono gives me bloat
    - CEE made my side hurt

I want to try going on CEE again, but at a lower dose (I was getting 6-7 grams before) but the taste of BN CEE is not worth the very minimal gains.

I have a bottle of BN CEE, and a bottle of BN Mono sitting here and I don't intend to use either.

thats way too much. anything over 4 grams is generally out of order unless you are 250+ (lean).

They say whether you start with a "loading dose" or a regular 5g dose, at the end of the day you still only have 5g in you. The other 25g or whatever else you loaded is pissed out. So why have you start with 30g? So you go through it 6 times faster and have to BUY MORE again, sooner.

    Marketing ploy.

Ok captain study, do you have a study that proves that? :)

I'm not saying it's not a marketing ploy, I'm not saying it is a marketing ploy. But I've never read anything that says it's a marketing ploy, just people on forums who say it is. I mean it could be nothing more than a rumor someone started.

When I was on mono I didn't load and I still packed on the waterweight but it didn't come on that strongly. I've read peoples opinions that say that loading will cause the waterweight to come on more strongly.
