i've been doing more intense work on it for about 4 or 5 months now and it's just now starting to get a bit more "filled" out

i also started cutting at about the 3 month mark, so could that contribute to my chest's slow growth?

what kind of exercise regimen should i be doing to maximize chest growth (meaning no concern for strength)?

i've been thinking about switching to a lower weight and doing higher reps, hopefully this will promote growth
