I keep boxes of Fudge Graham in my office and I pop down those bitches like tic tacs.

    Fuck.

I should probably replace a few of them with bananas or something, but they'e too good :yum:

Banannas too many carbs for amount of fiber and potassium.
they're somewhat cheaper at Sams Club.

    :hs: Not that much better.

Closing in on a 300 max (5 rep) deadlift. Stopped doing conventional squats, moved on to front squats bc I have a better range of motion with them. Haven't done flat bench in awhile, incline max for 5 reps is like 165...

I think I need to eat more.

Well, according to OTFN, there's no such thing as eating too much.

    So have at it.

I have upped cals probably 2K a day for the past month and a half and I continue to get leaner.

7g fat (3.5 saturated), no cholesterol, moderate sodium, 23g carbs, 14g protein, 210 cal per bar. :dunno:
