    hey all,
need a bit of advice with a subwoofer.
its a dvc sub and 2 or 3 of the spider wire that runs from teh terminal to the cone is starting to come on (on the terinal end).
I think when i soldered it the 1st time it might have weakened the wire somewhat. So should i do try soldering it again? Some people have suggested epoxy but i think it might be bit hard and i think it might break again at the edge of where the epoxy meets the wire.

Anyone have any experience fixing these sort of things?
    thanks

that's not the "spide", that's actually called the tensil leads. Soldering is the best fix for it, epoxy will not allow for a good electrical connection (if anything at all). The spider is the "disc" that holds the cone from being blown away from the magnet too far.
