Who has the Dakin Sequence backpack?

about to buy it, just want to see some reviews of it before I pull trigger.

Big and comfortable? Does it come with waterproof cover?

    Thanks

I have the Mission. It's awesome. The Sequence is bigger, and lots of people have posted here that they love it.

I have a sequence, I like it for the most part. It is absolutely enormous, sometimes feels a bit too big. Sometimes the front pocket frustrates me as well, as I can't quite fit my 15 inch MBP in there.

Also, I have had issues with the zipper on the back sticking, which sucks, but no one else on here has had that problem, so I am assuming I am just unlucky with that.

All in all though, it serves its purpose as far as carrying a lot of photo shit and even a snowboard is concerned.

    Also, no rain cover.

had the mission, took it back and got the sequence, as the mission will really only hold you camera gear, not additional room for anything else...get the sequence

it's pretty nice. the only thing i don't like about it is; i can't fit much else with the camera bag inside. other than that, it's a fairly decent pack. had it for a couple years now

i have the sequence too. its awesome, havn't had any problems with it. it does have a rain cover too. its comfortable to wear like all my other dakine packs have been, and has plenty of room.
i put my 15" mbp in the front pocket, but its a tight squeeze.

get it, you wont regret it.

I just got the mission and really like it. Like others say you can't fit too much in with the camera pack in but I am still able to fit my laptop and that is really what i wanted.

i've carried the sequence on my back every day for 3+ years now. It comes to work with me, goes on vacation with me, etc. Camera bag is sometimes in, sometimes not. Either way, it still looks and acts brand new.

It is not a camera/laptop bag. Sometimes that's a little annoying. When I have too, I'll take the camera block out and throw the laptop in there, and carry the bag separately. Not a deal breaker - at least it's an option, right?
