ok, so what are the daily values, in percent, of fat, carbs, and protein. right now i'm under the impression its 20% fat, 60% carbs, and 20% protein. i saw some where else it was 30% fat, 60% carbs, and 10% protein, which seems a little off to me. so does anyone know for sure what they are. i know the first thing someone will say is "everyone is different", so, i'm 18, 125lbs, 5'7, with a moderate exercise level.
