    and on a personal note, I recently had been dealing with strange pain in my joints and some muscular pain that was also out of the ordinary. One of the changes I made was a big increase in my Vitamin D intake, and over the last few weeks, I have been feeling better. Can't say for sure it's the Vit. D but I know it couldn't hurt.
