    I think myself I am eating too much meat daily, and probably has somethign to do with my cholesterol level (although high, 230, i have HDL 68)

    Approx you have 60mg cholesterol per 100g - 3oz ( Yea i know the dietery bs, but its good to watch)

    So I was wondering compared to other people how much meat do you consume a day...

    tot: 230 / LDL = 131 / HDL = 68

    Don't see the point in watching dietary cholesterol.

    I don't eat enough protein anyways.

    Somewhere between 2-3lbs of actual meat, but if you count eggs and protein powder it's a bit more.

    Whey and eggs. I do have all meat days once in a while which consists of steak and all the good stuff.

    That should also be 6 oz. not 0 to 6 oz. Just copied and pasted.

    I also maintain a high carb diet usually so less protein is needed.

    I've consumed a minimum of a 36oz a day of various meats for probably 4 years with often days of way over that. My cholesterol is awesome.

    You're just preparing the meat wrong, synthetic. What you do - and this is quick and easy and takes only 5 mins - is get the following:

    4tbsp fine cambodian breast milk
    3 bayleaves
    mango remoulade - homemade
    1.387oz beluga caviar
    several rare madagascarian root extracts
    7 shrimp legs - only the legs, discard rest of shrimp
    1 lb - of Teff Flour
    3 cups of luke warm water
    1 teaspoon of yeast
    2 ½ c Club Soda
    2 Lemons juice only
    1 t Ground Ginger
    ½ t Ground Coriander
    ½ t Ground Cardamom
    ½ t Fenugreek Seeds
    ½ t Grated Nutmeg
    ¼ t Cinnamon
    2 T Salt
    ¼ t Ground Cloves
    ¼ t Allspice
    1¼ cup Cayenne Pepper
    1 t freshly Ground Black Pepper
    ½ cup Paprika
    4.987oz venezuelan bark shavings

    and spend 7hrs preparing it. I hope I have helped you
