So besides the nutritional value of these I have a type of psoriasis on my face (sebborheic dermatitis) and it says it take between 6-9g of EPA/DHA from fish oil daily and 4-5g of EFAs from flaxseed oil for treatment of psoriasis. Anyone have any suggestions or articles on this? What kind of dosages do people take of EPA/DHA and EFAs just for nutritional purposes, not psoriasis? What about for psoriasis? 1 capsule of my flaxseed has 585mg alpha-linolenic acid, 150mg linoleic acid, 175mg oleic acid 1 capsule of my Fish oil has 216mg EPA and 144mg of DHA With those low dosages I'd be taking over 20 fish oil capsules per day and over 7 flaxseed per day. I want to see what everyone else thinks/takes/suggests.
