My dad wants a bigscreen tv around 48 inches in size. WHat should i be looking for to help him pick out a good one. If anyone has any suggestions on a model or certain features please help me out. WE will be watching DVD's and probably playing a little playstation on it. He wants to stay under 2 grandd if possible but he would probably kick down a little more for a certain feature if it was worth it. Thanks for any help.

Sony, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi make fine projection televisions with a 4:3 screen or 16:9 screen. Most of them are high definition capable now as well, which is great for progressive scan DVD.
