    Guess ill start one of these bad boys. Trying to get to 200 by Jan 1st
    Currently 6'1" 240ish

    Started pur's workout on monday, but i dont rest on weds, 4 straight days, 3 days off...

    Thurs shoulders/arm
    3x10 front military 90lbs
    3x12 side laterals 15lbs
    3x12 shrugs behind 185lbs
    3x12 shrugs front 185lbs

    tris
    3x15 rope pushdown 60lbs
    3x10 french curl bar 20lbs
    3x10 sets reversed push down 70lbs

    bis
    3x12 sets barbell curl 30lb+bar
    3x12 preacher barbell 30lb+bar
    2x15 hammer curl db 15lbs

    15min jog afterwards



    fri/sat/sun off

    5min warmup walk/jog. stretching

    mon-legs
    [email protected] leg ext
    [email protected] squat
    [email protected] leg press
    [email protected] leg curl
    [email protected] db's walking lunges

    10min jog afterworkout

    legs are like jello
