It tastes awesome but is it any good ????
eat it 8 times per day when working the arms.
I use it post workout. I like it. It helps me keep my bodyweight where I want it to be and I don't feel it's making me fat. In fact, with the addition of some low intensity cardio, I'm losing fat and maintaining my body weight. I think most guys need the extra carbs and calories post workout in order to make progress. To quote J.M. Blakely, "To beat the man you have to out eat the man!".

remember now.. you must have 120 shakes and perform 100-150 drop sets along with eating 15 bananas or you will not see any gains..
5000 calories and 184grams of protein per serving(5 scoops), 0 grams of fat, thats w/ water. I do 2 scoops a day w/ a glass of vitamin D milk, 5 scoops is insane.
