So has anyone here tried or is taking Cytogainer? I've been using it for some time now, I love it. I still eat my 6+ meals a day, but I like to use it since it is another good source of complex carbs, aminos, protein and calories.

Anyways, the fucking cholesterol is out of the roof with this shake, like 52% of the daily value...what gives? It has some fat and some saturated but nothing astronomical. So where does all that cholesterol come from? I am just a bit concerned because my buddy who is in amazing shape (he is 30, im 20), has had great blood work forever until he started Cytogainer and his bad cholesterol was WAYYYYY up.....

Its been said before, but dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on bad (ldl) cholesterol in the blood.
